There is always loud noise beside the pool area. If you get an apartment beside pool area, be ready to be deal with loud boise. It’s 10.30 PM now and still there is loud noise from pool. Secondly , they dont take trash from door. You have to go to throw thrash all the way outside the building.

Mediocre at best, overall. Amenities aren't nearly as nice as they look in the pictures. The staff changed during our 14 months we lived there and it wasn't for the better. Don't expect to receive any deposit money back (you'll probably end up owing them) and they will most likely attempt to charge you a bogus cleaning fee even after you've paid for a professional maid service to do a move-out clean (don't fall for it). It suited our needs at the time until our house was finished but I definitely wouldn't recommend it as a long-term living destination.

I applied for an apartment back in oct 2020. Went and toured a 2 bed 2bath. It was okay. Nothing special. Felt smaller than the apartment I have now. Mind you the apartment that I was currently living at was 1100 square ft. The leasing lady explained to me what they charge for. Lol let me tell you there are monthly charges for a lot. Which I don’t pay now. Anyways with me wanting to move closer to my job I applied. I was told that I could pay the fees online or bring in a cashiers check or money order. Which I did. They ended up denying me for the apartment. I’m not really bothered about being denied but they knew I was denied but never called me to tell me I was. I had to call them. Too too it all off looking at the information that was in the email, the girl out down the wrong address and everything even spelt my name wrong. I ended getting a approved for a different apartment somewhere else with no co-signer or additional deposit. I wasn’t all that impressed by this property

The apartment units themselves are decent. The floor, carpeting, cabinets, lighting, etc are modern and good. The courtyard area and pool are nice. My main complaint with my unit is that the bedroom is significantly hotter than the rest of the apartment. The apartment complex also has no recycling. Our biggest problem is with neighbors. There is regularly dog pee on the stairs and hallways. People leave their trash in the hallways. Someone stole a delivery box of cat food. While I understand this is not completely controllable by the management, it nonetheless affects our quality of living.
