This is my second year living at this property and things just get better and better! Alisha Mahboob is by far the best leasing agent I have ever worked with, she is very responsive, will do anything and everything she can to make sure that her residents have the best experience possible and is simply the reason I chose to stay with Cool Springs, she has made it a wonderful experience for me every time I speak with anyone there. I was considering a different property but because of Alisha’s ability to go above and beyond I was able to secure a wonderful apartment at Cool Springs in my second year here. As far as the property goes, they have made so many renovations in the last year that I have loved that give the complex a nicer feel, improvements to the outside, hallways parking garage etc. The only thing that I would like to see done sometime in the future is if we were able to get doors that lock on the outside of the building so that it is not as open as it is now such as the doors close to the leasing office, by the gym etc. Although there are not locks on these doors I always feel safe in the apartment complex and would give this place 10 stars if I could!! If there are any other plans for improvement in the future I would love to know as well although I’m not sure how it could get much better!

After sending me a renewal trying to charge me over $300 more a month and saying there is nothing they can do, they have someone reach out to me asking what they can do to keep me here. When I said if they could lower it I would stay they then say we can lower it only to then lease the apartment and never respond to me. I even went to the front last week asking and wasn't told my apartment was already leased. I was told that renewal things are done through udr, why? When they clearly don't know you already leased the apartment. All they care to do is waste your time and never answer the phones. At least now I won't have to hear fire alarms going off all the time. The new owners have ruined this place.

Hello. I would put minus a million stars if possible. My ordeal with Cool Springs at Frisco Bridges started when they double leased an apartment to me. To only call me back 2 hours later to say that I was able to lease the apartment due to the other person not fulfilling his lease obligations. If I would have read these reviews first, I would have saved myself a lot of time and money. $800.00 and no apartment. My move in date was suppose to be May 27th, 2022. On May 26th I went to the leasing office to complete my move in instructions and do a walk through. Upon entering Unit #3-1265 I was met with the attached pictures and an abandonmant letter on the door. This is the apartment I was due to move into less than 24 hours later. The staff in the leasing office has done nothing to make this right and they haven't made any effort to get my money back to me. I had also already obtained renters insurance and set my electricity to be turned on May 27th. Also, rented a U haul and packed ALL of my belongings. Besides the extra time and energy spent on undoing everything I had done to move, it is the absolute disregard and lack of empathy from the leasing staff that has been so outrageous and left me in shock and disbelief. How do places get to bind you by law to a leasing agreement but can cancel this out when in works in thier favor. I am also showing as the tenant in this apartment on the resident portal as I write this with money due. Seriously???? Stay away from this place. I will be contacting the BBB.
