I can't say enough about The Kilby! I moved here recently, on short notice from another place in the area that did not work out. The leasing agents were beyond welcoming and friendly- willing to help me find a home. The Kilby has been such a fun living place. I love the area, the community, and the residents. Not to mention, the events hosted at the Kilby are SO MUCH FUN! Overall, I appreciate everything The Kilby has done for me and my apartment! Thank you!

Nina was my point of contact and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was also quick to communicate with me. The office worked like a well oiled machine. They are all very nice. I was told the night before my move that my carpet was being installed the next morning - that was the only last minute "scare" I had - but the job was completed by the time I moved it. Looks fantastic.

Terrible internet, fantastic office staff, great community, great events, clean facilities and nice vibe. Kilby is a fantastic place to be at, I would live here in a heartbeat again if their internet provider (Single Digits) was competent in the slightest. Being someone that works from home I've had an issue with disconnecting randomly and they have not been able to fix it for 10 months. The staff is fantastic, they have helped me every step of the way and been understanding but at some point it's just unacceptable to have a provider like this.

Cassidy is absolutely wonderful! We just moved in and she made the whole process so easy and she made us feel extremely welcomed! The Kilby is lucky to have her! If you are interested in living here and are still deciding, just sign the lease! Wonderful community with no issues so far! Very happy!
