Origin at Frisco Bridges

Been a current resident for 1.5 years. The parking garage gate has always worked, and truly closes after each resident. I feel safe parking in the garage knowing no one can come in unauthorized. The exterior doors are all controlled by a key fob, I have not noticed doors being propped open or not closing properly, my fob has worked 100% of the time! Work requests get completed same day or next day, you even get a call verifying the work was completed to your liking. Noise level is quiet, even while facing the lap pool, no parties or loud neighbors. The resident events that the office have put on have been amazing, painting with a twist, baseball game (free tickets), soccer game (free tickets), food trucks and more! Truly a 5 star property.

We moved in right before July 4th, Chandra and Bethany helped us with registration and move in process. They explained every possible detail of the apartment rules and amenities, and gave us a tour. They answered our questions with patience and respect. The apartment is clean and well managed. We had a great July 4th in the new home, and we are all happy for this great apartment.

She did an amazing job showing my the amenities and the floor plan , she also took her time to show me the units that would have been available for my time frame from outside the building and IT WAS RAINING.
