Awful experience, not helpful at all and worst of all the customer service was less than subpar... I will find another insurance company that won't raise my rates considering I have a driving record with no blemishes and have been a customer for several years. Regardless of what the market is doing, we should not be penalized for having a great driving record and paying our insurance on time. Poor customer service and raising costs on those who pay on time and don't cost the insurance company anything except paying the monthly payment should not have their costs raised. Unacceptable. Readers beware of rhis business as it is full of scams.
