Made a same day appointment for for 5pm. We were checked in right on time, moved to a room in 10 minutes and promptly seen for screening. Once cleared, (negative COVID test) the NP came in, he was very attentive, thorough and friendly. In and out in a little over an hour. Even with only one NP to see all the patients!

Fine in person experience. A year later I'm getting spammed about a bill I shouldn't have to pay. CareWell claims my insurance is not eligible for my visit, but my insurance provider says it is applicable and is unaware why CareWell is refusing it. No one answers the phone either.

Dr was fine, but at check in, they should tell you that they aren't a participant in the insurance you present. Instead, everything contained and I just received a bill for $160! And my deductible is met so I wasn't expecting any copay! Never again!

My daughter rolled her ankle and it was pretty swollen. We didn't want to wait hours at Hasbro if we didn't have to. We got to CareWell about 45 minutes before they closed. They were nothing but accommodating and never made us feel rushed. While we waited in the room, they put cartoons on the TV and my daughter was giggling. They were able to determine it was a bad sprain and there were no broken bones. We were on our way home by 8:30. Everyone was so kind and helpful!
