It depends on the Dr I guess. I've been there several times, very pleased. Not this time. Waited in the exam room for an hour, in extreme pain, 2nd degree burns on my hand. Also my prescription needed to be approved by the insurance company, she never did it, (Dr Soucy) never got the prescription I had to go to another walk-in
