Hi Tricia Yes we can fix that model but ask for you to bring it down for quote. Sometimes depending on the carrier there are different parts for phones. If you have any questions please let us know.
They don't do circuit boards. You might be able to get a new circuit board from a junkyard or from the dealer check your VIN number against VIN number for junkyard release. Give him a call so maybe it'll work maybe they'll go and do it for you

Hi john The building we are in is not. But our staff will gladly come out to your car and grab any equipment and do the entire check in and check out process with out you having to leave your vehicle. Also we offer pickup and drop off service to your home.
I had that problem once. Took it to them and they weren't able to do anything about it I had to get a new phone. If you take it to them they might be able to get it to work. Could be an internal problem part that's broken or something. I had that once with an iPhone they replaced the battery strip on the back of the unit inside cover
