You don't even have to pay 3 months up front. Feel free to just pay the 1 mth when u take out the policy. You may be better off since the discount isn't that significant.
I'm not sure, but I believe so, you won't receive discount which is really just a few dollars. You can always call the office and ask, number is on website. Hope this helped...
