I've used it over the years, the one time I needed it with a missed flight it was not covered n I had two policies for the two countries I visited. I miss the saved quote feature when I'm shopping for coverage.

They are totally confused. Very hard to work with this company. Some people work from home. They have no idea what is going on. Better to deal directly with a company and not an intermediary group. I am sorry I started with this company

NEVER use this insurance company. My flight got canceled so I filed a claim around February this year. They never answer the phone and email for couple months and finally when they did they asked me to wait another months. Guess what? They said flight cancelation is not under coverage of International Travel Insurance. What a joke. Basically, you will waste 6 months only to find your trip intervention will not be covered by this company. As you can see below all the review below are negative. I think it really means something. Think again and avoid this company.

Travel insurance used to be something you'd think about if traveling overseas. But as we hear about fights being cancelled by the hundreds, and it taking several days to get passengers rescheduled, it's increasingly important for domestic travel. Insure my Trip has become my first port of call before I travel to any destination I couldn't simply drive home from.
