BEWARE!!! WARNING!! This community is a SCAM!! Do not lease here just because of school rating or slightly less priced from other communities around the area. Because here you will get zero maintenance and hidden prices for each services. None of issue will be resolved. I would suggest skip this and avoid mental trauma!!! You will see one positive review(FAKE) after every 2-3 1star rating, this is how they are maintaining their 2.8 rating. They keep on posting fake rating by Indian names to gain your trust. All the appliances are life threatening its out dated and rusted badly. Houses, Streets, Walls are never cleaned or pressure washed since ages. All walls front door and lights are having thick layer of dust and covered with spider web. Inside house full of insects and cockroaches!!!

The Community is very Old and the house hold appliances are very old and If your raise repair request they wont fix it on time and they wont change it if they are not able fix it as well. For the existing customers also recently they increased the rent to to 40% usually it will be 5% but this time it was 40% its too huge amount. If you move out of the community they are charging a huge amount. For Shower Room cleaning and repair alone they would charge around $390 totally if any one is moving our you might be paying a 1 Month rent as a penalty for them. They will charge your very worst.

Good morning, I am a prospect looking to possibly lease with this property. I say possibly, but I am 100% sold and excited after my recent appointment. I have a dear friend who lives here and she referred me to speak with Brie. After speaking with Brie she has completely thrilled me. She was so knowledgeable on the location and all of it's surroundings, which was so helpful for me being new to Plano. She took into considerations the concerns and needs I had, and was able to find the best unit for me and my family. She truly CARED on finding the best home for me and I could instantly feel this throughout our tour and meeting. This property is absolutely beautiful, and she was able to point out all factors which made me fall in love. I have lived in 4 different apartments in the past 10 years. I have never spoke with someone so kind, knowledgeable, and determined to help me find what best fits my families needs. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will say if you are apartment searching and this is one of your possible properties, make sure to request Brie. She will turn your "possible properties" into signing up that day.

I requested maintenance 4 times about the kitchen stove 4 months ago, but they keep ignoring my request and turned my request to be done, even maintaining people not coming. The apartment building is getting ugly by stain, the management never tries to wash the building's floors and stairs.
