The experience wasn't the best. Was looking for some speakers in the $1,000 price range. Three employees were helping one customer, I checked out some speakers, I had questions about inventory and specifications. After waiting and trying the self-service demo, I decided to go to Nebraska Furniture Mart. I got the customer service Best Buy was lacking, and purchased a great set of Klipsch bookshelf speakers. One star for being open, another for the demo area working. No more other stars given since I was a serious buyer who wasn't helped.

One Start to Best buy for poor customer service i have received today from Mandy. You are a trainer???? you need training yourself. I would never go to this store ever again. Hp laptop was defective which was purchased within 7 days, But Mandy was keep offering me store credit for it . Dont you have14 days Return Policy.

Your service is extremely poor. They canceled my delivery four time so far. I have not received my gas range yet. They took my order and charged my credit card . Each time I received a confirmation call and text to be available from 7:00am and no shows up. They claimed that the item is not available. So crazy bad.

Deplorable service. I purchased an ice maker from them for over $3,500 and have had a miserable time trying to get it installed. There is no one you can call, you cant even call the store. When you call the installation team, they transfer you to a call center that can barely understand you and reads from a script. I have booked 9 appointments using their process and they have cancelled the last 6! No call, no email and no show. Just leave you sitting there all day waiting on them. When you ask for a supervisor on the call in line, they refuse to connect you and tell you "they aren't going to tell you anything else that I haven't said." Can you tell me why there is a supervisor if they are that useless? It is down right comical right now. I have literally built an entire kitchen in the time it has taken to get this item installed and it still isn't. Everything and everyone else is done! This is a pathetic excuse for customer service and I'm embarrassed to have paid for this Geek Squad upgrade.
