Last night I had an unfortunate incident involving a disrespectful group of teenage boys. The incident was a blatant violation of my personal space and property. I immediately reported the incident to the nearest associate. I'm very sorry I didn't catch his name (young man with red curly hair) as he went above and beyond to make the situation right. He even helped me find a replacement item for the one that was damaged during the incident. He informed other higher-ups on duty who reassured me that the incident would be caught on their camera system and escalated to the appropriate personnel. You can't always avoid running into disrespectful people. Sometimes these things just happen.. I could have left feeling disgusted and violated, but instead, the team at this location displayed true human compassion and accountability for a situation that was no fault of their own. All this to say, "Thank you [Target team] so much for showing that you care about your customers".

Loving Life

This is my FAVORITE Target in the area to shop. This location always has a team member at the entrance with a positive attitude ready to greet you. There usually is one specific young man up front that I’ve experienced that goes out of his way to attempt to bring a smile to peoples faces. I’ve observed (while shopping the Bullseye section) some people ignore or even be rude to this young man and he doesn’t let it bother him. He continues on and attempts to make the next person smile. Very impressive. He is usually the first & last employee I see entering and existing the store. My son truly enjoys his greetings. My son feels like this young man is saying “hi” directly to him and always returns an excited “Hello!” I’m also a huge fan of this locations Hearth & Hand by Magnolia and Thresholds along with their other curators collections available here. This location receives all the “high demand” items I’m looking for. Drive-up is always smooth nothing has ever been missing or the incorrect in my many pickup orders. We usually do 1-3 drive up orders per week. Super convenient with 2 kids under 3 years of age. Thank you Target for understanding us moms/dads and being creative in the way you serve us and our families. LOVE your drive up order pick ups! Staff have all been very pleasant to deal with and willing to accommodate the best they can. Can’t wait until my next trip <3

It's always so clean in here and plenty of people to ask for help. It was a nice shopping experience! You can find most everything you're looking for. Always found the clothes here to be really nice and cheap as well!
