I can't believe the changes in JCP assortment! It's been awhile since I've shopped there but I was pleasantly surprised at what I found during my last visit! Still great pricing but some great products and cuter styles than previously found!

Great prices and selection. Ease of entrance to store. Cashier could use a little training on how to be more inviting and friendly to customers

I was very impressed! I had shopped JCPenneys for many years and stopped about 4-5 years ago because they really had gone down hill. But in going in last week I was very impressed. They were up to style, clean and had so many choices to choose from. I've already gone back and will be shopping there again!

So here’s my little comment on my trip to JCPenney I absolutely loved the stuff they have there they had the cutest home decor stuff and they had some really cute clothing I bought some shirts and I also got some home goods the only thing I would say and it might’ve just been the time I went I could not find someone on a register there were only like two registers open and they were super busy I mean the lines were like 30 minute wait it was kind of ridiculous we ended up being able find a small line but soon after the line behind us was really long. When I went they were having an amazing sale it was so good but I would just say know that you might spend a little bit of time here if you can’t find someone on register.
