I made a simple request to cupcake design 1 week out. The bakery was not accommodating. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years. Don't expect any perks for being a loyal customer.

We were incredibly disappointed by the cake we ordered. With a price tag of over $200 we were expecting something like the pictures they have on their website. What we got instead was a round cake very little detail that collapsed. We will definitely not be ordering from here again
