Went there today to take care of some minor issues with my application. They were super friendly and took care of the problem in less than 10 min. I did not have an appointment and the wait was only 5 min. This place and the people are awesome. ( I was expecting a nightmare)

I had the worst experience dealing with the Way cross office this morning. A woman by the name of Mrs. Morales contacted me for my scheduled appointment with the worst attitude and disposition. I am a man whose suffering with stage 5 kidney failure and her negative energy did not help the situation at all. I was so hurt and confused as to why she was so combative that I had to write a review.

It is rare to find people who go above and beyond anymore. I have to say that Ms Murphy and Ms Rainey at the Waycross Social Security and Drive have gone above and beyond. They helped me walk through my disability claim. They treated me like a person and not a number. They made a difficult time in my life much better. Thank you ladies. You and the rest of the staff in Waycross were amazing.

Only by appointment. Try for what you need online or on the phone first. If it can't be resolved that way then they will schedule you an appointment.
