Pho Que Huong - Noodle and Grill

We like their other locations in Addison, Garland and Richardson, Texas. This location was too busy to properly clean the tables. The veggies were not up to the standard as other PQH stores. They were posting for help which might explain the veggies. We tried this place again a month later on a takeout, it was barely noon. When we opened the orders, great disappointment! Eight orders were placed, the bean sprouts, jalapeno and Vietnamese basil were in two plastic bags, they're so wilted, it's like they've been in the bags for days. They didn't label the phó containers, we weren't sure they actually prepared the orders correctly. We didn't complain, but this place is no longer on our list.

Been going here for a while. Today ordered take out and they gave me small orders of Pho when I ordered large. I called to see if they can rectify this situation. Person that answered phone told me this is their normal large portion and that is why owner decided. Very unhappy with service after being a customer for a long time. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Dropped to one star based on recent service. Dine-in service *starts* super friendly and efficient, staff helping each other. However, when its time to leave & pay the check...forget about it. They look through you like your not even there, and possibly *offended* the staff that God Forbid they should bring a check over to your table. In the past, restaurant had at-table pay for dine-in with a wireless transponder that supported NFC payments. Now whats "implied" by the ugly looks of the staff when its time to go is dine-in customers are to cattle-heard themselves into the 'pay here' line same as takeout orders. God Forbid calling in a takout order and want *curbsde* they'd not know what to do. Horrible to be so condisceneding to dine-in customers, especially when *TIP* is involved when its time to pay. I won't be returning. I ended up checking online the cost of my items & left cash on the table after factoring in the tax. Staff *THEN* chased after me outside saying to *check out*. i had to *REMIND* then that I left cash on the table! Don't need the attitude & being forced into a line AKA Sienfeld "*NO SOUP FOR YOU!*

The last two times I have been to this location, I have both really enjoyed the food and the amazing customer service. I had both the curry chicken noddle soup and the basil chicken flat noodle here, and both dishes were excellent. The staff that works at this location are also super friendly & helpful, compared to the other location I have been to. In addition they have a great thai tea!
