We attended a bday party on Saturday. WHAT A BLAST!! I have to shout out the employees: from the girls at the registers to the teens supervising the different jumps. I observed employees diligently cleaning and disinfecting common areas. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The employees working the Ropes course were especially helpful and kind ( one told me "you got this!" as I nervously stood in line). You can tell the employees enjoy working here! We left in a great mood after having such a wonderful time . We will definitely be back!

Awesome place and great staff always but I do wish they had more staff available or if the manager could help out with all registers available. I come here a lot I am a nanny of two boys and every time even if you order ahead of time online they are always way too packed and we end up wasting 15-20 min once we get there. Last time I waited 30 min to get wrist bands and I ordered online. I wish they would use all their registers so that when you want drinks or snacks they could have a separate line for that. I waited 15 min for water bottles which takes away my play time with the kids.

Lots of great activities and I think the price point is good. Did not see one staff member who appeared to be over 21. Actually saw very few staff members until I had been there about an hour. One concern is how focused staff were when monitoring their areas. Please see below a picture of the climbing area and staff member hanging on the gate looking away from his area. Also saw a group of 3 congregating in the gym and definitely not interested in what was going on. Many parents stayed with their younger kids, and I can see why. Lots of fast running, playing chase and I saw a little girl get run over by 2 boys running through the gym. I’m not against running but not the way these big kids were around smaller children. Kids did not have to wait long to do activities which is great. I’ve been to another Urban Air and really liked the set up for parents to sit better. It had booths instead of long tables or benches. The “gym” smell was strong, but not sure how you would get around it My grand daughter had fun and I love the concepts just wonder if it could be ruin differently at this location.

One of the best trampoline. Love to be their💝 Friendly staff, more activities to do. Big place, zip lining and awesome ambiance. Worth for money. Kids will love it😍❣️👏🙏
