This place is just horrible!!!!! We decided on this location because we figured frisco would be a nicer area. Nicer yes, service and wait time is horrible! All kids working here walking around clueless!!!! we waited over 15 minutes in line for our bowling reservation only to be told to go over and grab shoes. We go to grab shoes and the lady asked us what we needed. Uh we are at the shoe pick up what do you think we need?!!!! We were not even compensated for the time we spent waiting In line. Wait time for the bar was the absolute worst!!!!! 15 minutes just to place my order and another 20 waiting for drinks. The next time I went back the young guy kept waiting on 2 gentlemen even though I was in front of them. Never got my order taken so I just left. We were supposed to have a server or waiter to help us during our bowling and that never happened. The kids running around omg. Slamming into adults, running right in front of people and parents not saying a word! We wanted to bowl and stay to play games but after the non service we got there was no way I was giving this place more of our money!! Wouldn’t come here even if we got free beer and games! We left in a worse mood even though we arrived happy!

The games and activities were fantastic. The front staff was super friendly. The staff that roams the eating areas are sorely lacking. It took us 20 minutes to get someone just ASK how the seating works since everything said wait for hostess to seat you, but there was no host at the station! We were pointed several places before finally finding someone to help us. Kingston in the arcade section was a lot of help! Bowling was a lot of fun and the guy gave us an extra 30 minutes on the lane because we had a few slower bowlers on the lane. Overall we had a really good time and would go again.

3 of the 5 pool tables open. They refused to let us use a table. This place is trash. Good left all over tables. Teens running event areas and have no customer service skills. Food is either over or under cooked. Bowling has several lanes open and refusing to rent out lanes. Bar is tended by one person. Sold my stock in this company, I can’t support a company that has zero consideration for the patrons.

This Main Event in Frisco is pretty amazing!!! It has Laser Tag, Gravity Ropes course, mini golf, karaoke, arcades games, bowling and pool tables! We went on Monday during Monday Madness and only paid $10 for all day play on the activities (did not include arcade games). Monday Madness is every Monday after 4pm. The food is a decent price as well.
