I have lived in this apartment for over three years. I think the design of the place is great. The finishes in the unit are nice and gives you the feeling of high end. The gym is nice and clean and has a Pelton bike. The Pool is always immaculate. The management team is outstanding and are knowledgeable and great to have around for questions. The service team responds very quickly often the same day, but no longer than within 24 hours. I really enjoy living and would give this complex more stars if google would allow it.

Don't let the 3.6 stars fool you, this place is PHENOMENAL!! The Carmichael needs a 5+ star rating, because they are the absolute best. My husband I have lived here the last almost 3 years and the staff and complex has been nothing short of amazing. Kim, Laura, and Kenzie are fantastic - they always answer phones, and if they aren't available, they always call us back. The girls always make sure to be communicating with us and with the rest of the residents. Maintenance requests are always answered in an appropriate time. We've had to put in an emergency request, and he was there within about an hour. The Carmichael team always goes above and beyond for the residents. The complex itself is beautiful, safe, and secluded from other housing and businesses. Sadly, my husband and I are moving to a different city, but were able to find a complex under the same management as The Carmichael. Apartments and apartment staff are usually a nightmare, and we were terrified of leaving The Carmichael. When explaining to Kim (property manager) that we were so terrified of leaving their management, she was able to help us find our new home and directed us to their sister-property. She went and above and beyond for us when we told her we were having to move closer to my job! Thank goodness we found a place under same management! We truly are so so sad to be leaving, but we know we will be in good hands at our new home. This was my husband and I's first place together, and The Carmichael team made it such a great first experience! We will truly miss this place!

I have lived here for about 6 months now, and waited to review until after the “honeymoon” period. I moved from another apartment location in frisco and my experiences between the two have been night and day. The move in process was easy (even though I leased smack dab in the middle of the pandemic). The community is clean including the pool area which was important since I face it. They also enforce the pool closure at 10pm to protect residence quiet time. Any maintenance requests have been fixed within 24 hours, and they even worked with me to schedule so I could take my anxious dog with me while they came into the apartment. The office staff has been nothing but gracious and helpful. My upstairs neighbors are noisy sometimes, but hey it’s an apartment 🤷‍♀️ I really love living here, and it makes me sad I recently accepted a job in Fort Worth and will have to move at the end of my lease.

I only moved in this past weekend, but my experience so far has been wonderful! Nicole gave me a tour and then continued to walk me through the process of leasing and getting moved in with so much support. All the staff I have been in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The complex as a whole feels very clean and safe, and the amenities are kept in such good shape! From all of the apartments I looked at in the area, I think you get the most quality, space, and amenities for the price at the Carmichael. I love my apartment and am glad to get to call this place home!
