Nice location, fishing for catfish, sunnys etc...only complaint is the other people who fish there are pigs and leave trash. Shame on them, everytim4 I go I clean up after pigs. So please leave trash at home

Reasonable hiking/walking trails. Small but nice lake. No good scenic views. Good parking. Okay for an hour or so of exercise. Needs plenty of bug repellent

Great for exercise! Close up hill hike you can get to in a few mins. I didn’t get a pic of the trail up the mountain. Nice easy hike around the pond on the other side of the road.

Part of this site is where the long defunct Innsbruck USA ski area once was, so many of the trails were once ski slopes. There are isolated remnants of ski lift infrastructure visible at times. Very nice hiking up and down the hills. Part of the Aqua Terra site is on the opposite side of Maxine road, and there you'll find a beautiful pond surrounded by wonderfully wooded hills upon which are more trails. Also of interest to some are fascinating sedimentary rock outcroppings that provide a hint of the long geologic history of these very ancient hills.

Motorized vehicles are not permitted on the trails according to the park wibesite http://www.gobroomecounty.com/parks/aquaterra
Drive down Maxiam road, on your right is aqutera lake. Park on the left also there's a small pond in that section .
I believe the park closes at dusk. Its a county park and the others follow that policy as far as I know
Yes
Yes, same neck of the woods John. You can park and go towards the ski Slope path or go across the road towards the large lake path. The Lake path has trails marked also and is a more gradual incline. The ski Slope side has many trails and is steeper.
No, it's a Broome County Park. So same rules apply there as if you were at Otsiningo, Cole, Greenwood etc.
Not technically, but many people do allow their dogs to swim. If you'd like, you can but it is mostly for fishing and some discrete camping. No boating is allowed.
You would have to walk up a short trail. There's no way to get a car up on the side where the lake is
