i'm generally disappointed with the chicken served / it's about half the size of the pictures on menu / yesterday the drive thru order was wrong, drove back, went inside, waited in line at the cashier, i showed my receipt, showed the container missing chicken (didn't comment on the pieces that were about the size of my index finger) and the cashier took the bag into the back (without saying a word to me), the people in back gathered round and laughed, the cashier brought the bag back out and handed it to me (again, without saying a word) and I left - no reason to ever go back

I came in for a quick dinner. Once I ordered I went to sit down and there was maybe 2 tables out of the entire place that were clean. All the others had food and crumbs all over it. I would try and say they are shirt staffed but that is so not the case with 4 people standing around behind the counter. I will never visit this location again. Just awful.

Their food is good and usually pretty fast but I always seem to have a bad experience at night. I don't know what's going on with their hours but it says they're open until 11 most nights and every time I go around 10 they say their closed. I was in line tonight and the car in front of my got served but I didn't because it took them so long to take his order in an empty line. Seriously frustrating considering it says you updated your hours 3 weeks ago and it still says 11PM.
