Garland has a great library system. This branch is very conveniently located for me. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's great that if this location doesn't have what you want you can request it to be transferred to your nearest library location.

They do but I think you need a library card for most of the computer and yes using the computer is free.
You don't even have to be a resident, I live in Dallas and had no problem getting the library card.
Yeah. It only matters if you bring it back on time and the CD is not damaged.
