The food is always great.. but the service is terrible. Came here this morning with my family we waited about 20 minutes after being seated for a server. She finally comes takes our drinks order then another 20 minutes and haven't gotten a water and a kids drink. Then are food all came out different times also. Which is unprofessional in my opinion because you're there as a family. You'd want to est together. Everyone got their food 10 minutes apart, except my fathers meal. His took another 20 minutes and all he had was a Buffalo salad. Literally the simplest thing on the menu and he gets his last. Our serve Lilith was nice but hardly checked on our table maybe 2 times. For our drinks and the food. I would say get better employees pr show them how to respect the customers that are there paying for a meal and tipping them.

Please avoid this location at all cost. I was excited for my order tonight since I haven't had BWW for a while. The service was okay. The wings were horrible. It was as dry as dust and very hard to chew. I thought I was eating chalk.

My order was assumed togo because I walked in alone. Which is fine as that's a reasonable assumption. While sitting on a call while waiting for food the staff was very attentive. In fact too attentive! Which isn't a bad complaint. They cleaned my table which seemed to be a mess from the closing staff and got me a water + utensils. Nice servers, legitimately all of them on the noon shift.

Wings are always on point! Hot, fresh, and delicious. When we come we request Adam. He always makes sure we're taken care of. He always comes to check on us and makes sure our drinks are full. Even if its busy, he stays consistent. His customer service is amazing and he makes our experience enjoyable at buffalo wild wings. Thanks Adam, you're awesome!!!
