So far nice experience. I started at the Garland location. GM was very professional but I needed a 24-7 location. So I went to another store and signed up. Kaitlyn was friendly and beautiful. Abby was informative and professional. Ashley was supportive and spunky. Great group. Site is immaculately clean and well organized. The equipment is all in good working condition

I've been a black card holder at planet fitness for 5 years, today I realized I had left my phone at home and was at the grocery store next door, I needed to call my ride and went to planet fitness and asked to use the phone to call my ride. Although my home gym is a few miles away I use the Garland location often. Today, the manager on duty told me they are not allowed to let anyone use their phones and stood there and stared at me until I walked away, she did not even try to assist me in any way, and as i was exiting thru the doors she says, "have a nice day ," and for me in my situation that sounded condescending , passive aggressive, and mocking. In my opinion, it is common courtesy to let someone use your phone, especially since I'm a planet fitness member and a manager would be expected to be more mature. I walked home. I'm very much considering cancelling my membership because they refused to let people use their phones in an emergency, and the staff was so inhumane and rude. I will be posting my experience on more than one platform.

$10 start up fee and then you pay $10-20 every month depending on if you get fancy perks or not. I like the Walnut and Garland gym, everyone there has been supportive and cool. Great place to start out the new year!

Hello! Unfortunately we do not have a babysitting service at our club. A child can join PF from the age of 13 with the permission of a parent / legal guardian, who must be present during the registration process. Members 13 and 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when exercising. Members who are 15-17 years old must have a letter of authorization signed by a parent or guardian. Please note that all guests of PF Black Card members must be 18 years old and have a valid ID, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
