The gym is open monday through friday 5 to 7 stop by and someone will be there to help you.

I believe its open to the public. There is an amateur boxing team. It's kind of like a rec center

Go to usa boxing website and dwnload the rule book. It will answr many of your questions. 8 is the youngest...all the way up to master boxers
