When he was in Gainesville, ga then up and left in a hurry then went to Tucker, ga. My injuries was workers comp. So he was charging my Medicare, and charging me out of pocket as high as $200 cash out of my own pocket, he was double charging and he is a crook!! I Reported him to Medicare& my workers comp. & I received a bill about two weeks ago from Tucker address wanting $199.83 from 2016,17???? I called that office& they said they don't know him!!! HE IS A CROOK!!

does this practice accept ambetter with peach state insurance also does this office provide meds on a regular basis or just do procedures thanks
