I came here on a weekend with my toddler and husband to pick up some gel polish. The people who work here were busy stocking their shelves, but were always happy to answer any questions I had. It was my first time here, so I needed a bit of help locating things I needed. I love how bright and spacious the store was. I also enjoyed how polite the staff was. I wish they stocked more OPI gel polish colors, but I will be back for sure.

I used to love coming here, especially when they first opened. Good prices, friendly service, lots of inventory. Somewhere along the way, customer service has gone out of the window, the tall friendly guy is no longer there, and I will not be back. Today I went and picked out several nail polishes in the clearance section. I had an idea of what the total would be because I was trying to stick to a budget today. I get to the counter for the short, dark haired guy to charge me $4 a piece, instead of the $3 that is advertised. I brought this to his attention, just for him to tell me I was wrong. I said fine - remove those and charge me for the rest. He did. There was another girl up at the counter and I'm pretty sure she went to check what I said and told him in their language that I was right, but he kinda shooed her off and she just walked away. Baffled, after I purchased my other items, I went back to the clearance table to make sure I wasn't losing my mind - I wasn't. I was right. I took a picture and took it back up to the counter to show him that they were $3. He looks at me, shrugs his shoulders, says "Sorry" with a straight face, and then starts helping someone else. Rude. And this isn't the first time something like this has happened - last time I came, he charged me more for something than what was posted and because I wanted it so bad, I just bit the bullet. But never again. That narcissistic, discriminatory behavior just lost them a customer.
