I came here to get a workout and try to get someone to show me how to workout and what to start off with if you want to lose, they was no help they took my money when I had surgery and they told me I should have came in or called, when I have not been there in over 5 month. They should have canceled it for me if I hadn't paid in months. So they are not helpful at all. Garland location was good, it was Rickwall that was terrible

One of the nicer PF's around that area. Very clean, broken machines usually fixed promptly, and the workers are super friendly. Very spacious and usually not as busy as other clubs.

I went on vacation for 2 weeks in Cincinnati and visited the planet fitness there. While the equipment was more advanced it still didn't compare to the amazing customer service of the morning team! Those are my girls!

A one club membership is a little over $10. A black card membership is a little over $21 and you can go to any planet fitness plus the perks.
It's sort of frowned upon. Kids between 13 and 17 are permitted to work out with the direct accompaniment of their parent but it's really not a child friendly place.
