Hi, we are regular customers (my mother is 95) and we made an appointment for two pedicures on Sunday. We arrived in time and as of 40 minutes later we are still sitting - this has never happened here but the women working on us are of such limited English they were unable to explain. One kind of said there people before us but why then make an appointment? A 95 year old woman with a wheelchair should not have to wait with an appointment and no explanation. There is so much competition in this area we need to rethink. Thanks for reading this.

I had been having a rough week and I really needed a manicure. I normally get a gel manicure, but I’ve been helping my family and broke basically all my nails. I really wanted a full set and came in at 6:25. I asked for a full set but was going to be 100% okay if they could only do gel because it was 35 minutes before they closed. The woman who sat me was very polite and explained that they could do that if I waited 5 minutes. They did an incredible job and I wouldn’t be happier! I realize they couldn’t always accommodate this request but I am beyond grateful that they did this week!

I have been coming here for a while and I never wait for longer than 5 minutes. By the time I’m done picking out my polish I’m taken to my chair. I never make an appointment either. All of tbt staff are very sweet. The owner is very nice and great at what she does. Also Ben is fantastic. I’ve sat with many of the nail techs and I have never had a complain. I love this place and I always regret going anywhere else.
