Friendly staff who volunteer their time to help others. I donated furniture one day and it was pouring rain. I was greeted with a smile and instructed where to go. The workers were also friendly and efficiently unloaded the items. Impressive group of dedicated people.

Fresh Start is AMAZING!!! They assisted my family and I in furnishing our new place with good quality furniture, linens, appliances, etc. with kindness, patience, and care. The staff helped with smiles and advice. They kept our needs in mind, and even kept with the colors we wanted. The quality of everything is incredible! You can tell that they are picky about the pieces that they choose, and accept only what they would want in their homes. Sue welcomed us with open arms, Sandra and Joan were our guides and were so warm and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about these people. The stress of furnishing an apartment when you may not be in a position to do so is completely removed with Fresh Start on your side. I am eternally grateful for them.
