I have been coming here for over 2 years now, and this is the second poor experience that I have had in a row. I had an appointment for 530 for a fill and showed up at 525. I was not taken until 557. Half way through my nails I was told to get up and wait more for them to start someone else’s nails. I did not need to wait to have gel come off or anything, they just wanted to work on multiple people at once. This is the second time I left this salon in tears over the poor quality of my nails- jagged edges, lopsided shape, bumpy paint, still wet when I leave, etc. We all have lives and make appointments to fit our schedules. That is hard when a 45 minute appointment takes over an hour and a half and I leave crying and trying to find a new salon to fix the sloppy work.

Amazing design work! Never fail to impress me with the details they can’t do! Staff is super friendly and always recognize me and my friend when we go in! There’s a reason we drive over 45 minutes to come here!

I have been going to expo nails for years and won’t go anywhere else! The staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. They can do pretty much anything! Each time I go in with a picture on my phone they make it happen! Very accommodating and all good hard working people. The quality of work shows!

got my nails done on monday march 1st. by saturday the 6th my nails were peeling! i had gotten acrylics with gel and noticed there were bubbles, i was washing my hands and it literally peeled the polish!
