Unprofessional and greedy. First visit is just a meet and greet (with a copay and leftover balance), then you wait a month or more for your follow up appointment. I was refused service for not agreeing to pay a $40 balance that shouldn't have been there. I paid my copay, my insurance picks up the rest. When I asked if I could pay my copay for this visit and resolve the balance after I had a chance to call the insurance, I was told that wasn't good enough. That I could call the insurance right then and there or pay the balance, or not be seen. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a physician's office. Greedy, unprofessional, and unable to answer questions about why their billing results in a balance when other doctor offices do not.

The owner of this business needs to understand that employees are customers too.. and when you have an obsessive-compulsive control freak in a leadership position everyone on your staff is going to suffer, and turning your head while this person continues to bring employees to tears (while on the job) makes management and ownership complicit. No need to pray for us, we will pass on those fake Christian prayers

I had an appointment today. I called to let them know that I was five minutes away. They informed me that they had canceled by appointment because I owed money from the last visit. I didn’t know I did but would have gladly paid it when I arrived. This let me know they are there to help patients. It’s just a business. Nothing more.

This practice is not following the state mandated guidelines for processing bills. As seen in many below reviews, if you ask any questions or have any medical concerns at your annual physical visits, it is not included and they charge you again for an office visit (so 2 visits). I was sent hundreds of dollars of bills for visits that were supposed to be covered in network and then told the labs were out of network. I then found out that they didn’t even send my medical information through insurance. As for the office manager who happens to also be the billing representative, she is extremely disrespectful, interrupted me multiple times on a call, and ignored my request for a conference call to settle these bills. Steer clear of this practice.
