It was nice. but it could be better if they let the customers know when the code to get inside the temperature controlled part to prevent inconvenience as it happened to me.

Ron was great. I needed help getting into my storage area he took the time to show how to use the lock going into the unit. He took the time to find me a cart to move my stuff. He said going out I didn't need the key pad. He said the gate will automatic open. Please keep the gate that way. It was great. Please let him know i say thanks for caring about the customer. Cathy
