Management are scumbags who don’t post appropriate signage that the shared commercial parking garage closes early in the evening, and quickly tow for profit. The Park One Place team was intentionally abusive when we asked whether we could retrieve the vehicle, and were unable to differentiate us from those who, in their mind, had apparently personally offended them by parking in their garage after 7:30 pm. This team lacks civility and the associated decency. They’ll take your money though. Whether you want to live somewhere run by individuals who resort first to confrontational anger bigoted such that they can’t differentiate you from the hundreds who made the same mistake (obviously management’s fault) and only second to reason is your call. I felt like I was talking to angry toddlers when I spoke to these ‘professionals.’

Former Resident, with the struggles that i'm going through in my current building, I thought i'd take the time and write about things that are amazing like the service at One Park, I doubt you will ever find anyone that would beat Mr. Curtis and Mr. Terry and Tim in the office is also just the best and Phonecia grocery is downstairs and that is what really seals the deal! Milly is the manager at phonecia she is on the Mr. Curtis level. The only reason I left were esthetic reasons, was just a little dated for me but I know many many people do end up moving back because you can't beat the way they treat you there.

The staff is by far the best you will ever get the pleasure of meeting. We’ve moved around a lot and had some pretty amazing experiences, but no place comes remotely close to how amazing everyone is at OPP. The concierge, the valet, the maintenance staff, the office staff…they all go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Every single person there has been such a delight! I would name everyone but I’m scared I’d leave someone out accidentally. Even the late night valets and concierge that I saw maybe once or twice, just so friendly and helpful! They really make you feel welcomed and like family. We sadly had to move but we hope to return when we can. And if you need security, this place is it. I’ve lived elsewhere with concierge and valet, but they don’t compare to the security that OPP’s staff provides.

Stayed at One Park Place for three and a half years. From the day we moved in Merrideth now Tim and team made you feel like family . Leaving this week had been hard to say goodbye. I can’t recommend highly enough that if your looking for first class accommodation, a place were you also feel safe and secure and with restaurants , major sporting arenas all within walking distance then don’t look past OPP To the OPP thank you kindness and friendship we will miss you guys Cheers Marty & Lyn
