I just want to express my extreme disappointment in my experience today at Mcdonalds #5922 off of Rufe Snow and 820 in North Richland Hills Tx. When my wife and I arrived just after 2pm we ordered our food on the kiosk. Simple order nothing extra or any special requests. Order was placed at 2:16pm per my receipt.  We took our table tent to a seat and waited...and waited...and waited. Finally at 230pm I walked up front and stood there for a good 3 minutes and was finally asked what I needed. My order would be great. They took my receipt and went back and between 3 people realized it was missed. Noone came back up to apologize or anything. I just stood there waiting another 5 minutes to get the food. When I finally got it we only had 7 minutes left before we had to be back at work from our lunch break. We were entertained while we ate because there was customer after customer coming up to the front and having issues with their food or order. Let me just say that it was very poor customer service. I am very displeased and will not recommend eating at this restaurant any more.

They have dollar sodas and that's the best feature if your entering to make it yourself! The drive thru is unpleasant and if your connecting to the WiFi for anything other that the calorie content of the menu you will not connect to that Wi-Fi

Worth Custmer service. Really ever time i come her always something system down. We accept card only. We accept cash only. Please change stuff they talk to customer over 20 minutes at the drive through and they didn’t order any thing.

I have not eaten at McDonald's in a really long time, and now I know why! We ordered a double cheeseburger, quarter pounder, and a regular cheeseburger, all 3 of them tasted like they had been made from paper. It was the worst eating experience I have ever had at McDonald's.
