Very friendly and spacious park for the four legged babies.

Great park to bring the pups. Has a separate area for small and big dogs. Also has a wash station. Lots of trees and benches.

Spacious park with two sides for both large and small dogs. I love the grass and shaded areas. There's also a super convenient wash station if your dog gets muddy!

We love this dog park. Most of the dogs and people are well behaved. There's a ton of shade on both the small and big sides. Lots of room for them to run and play. Good water faucets available at dog level when they get thirsty. There's also an small enclosed area on cement with a couple hoses.

On wednesday they open later @ 11am. But I haven't seen them closed for bad weather, but you probably won't find many people there.
Definently weekdays; I went there over Spring Break on the weekdays from 1pm-3pm and it wasn't busy, a few dogs and plenty of available seats. I hope this helps
There is no swimming hole at this park. They do have water fountains in each of the two areas.
Not sure how they control it. But I do know that every Wednesday morning from 7 to 11 it is closed for cleaning and maintenance. I have been coming here for a couple years and not one flea has come home with us. They also just revamped the park. They covered 95% of the previous sandpits up with grass, filled in all the holes, added a sprinkler system, and even added a swinging bench seat for the human visitors.
Every Wednesday morning the park is closed for maintenance until noon. We have 6 dogs, go to Tipps at least 3 times a week and never had a problem.
Yes it is completely fenced in and the park is divided into two parts; half for smaller dogs and the other half for larger.
