It would be s negative 5! How does a manager allow doordash to be made etc before the lobby food is made? Me and others made to wait 20m no food. Horrible service!!!!!! Then manager got rude because of their staff.

We used to eat there all the time but it went downhill a couple of years ago. well they have a new manager,Mike, and he has turned the place 180 degrees around. He spent time talking to me and other customers and has a great team now and the food is better than it has ever been. Great job Mike!

Walked in yesterday and nobody was inside? This was around 6pm yesterday. Me and several other people walked in and not a single worker was inside. The fryers were off and it didn’t look like any food was cooking. Everyone eventually left without anything. It was the strangest thing. Careful when coming here.

No stars terrible terrible customer service.just attempted to order food for 5 via drive thru. Was treated as of I was inconveniencing them. I will not spend my money where the service is that terrible. Everyone has a right to be respected. Management needs to expect great customer service from their team. This stores leaves alot to be desired. Zero stars!
