Definently weekdays; I went there over Spring Break on the weekdays from 1pm-3pm and it wasn't busy, a few dogs and plenty of available seats. I hope this helps

Best time for my dogs is between 1230pm to 2pm weekdays and anytime after 4pm weekends. Hope this helps.

In the heat of the day. Late afternoon and evenings the park tends to fill. The dogs tend to be with respectfull owners so although there are the odd disagreement between dogs the majority of dogs and their people are very friendly.

It really varies. Weekday afternoons have proved to not be busy.

When you don't want to go. Maybe week days when people are at working.
