Mobile ordered, didn’t have the drink I wanted (NO SODAS BY THE WAY) and wouldn’t give me a large strawberry lemonade even though i ordered a large meal. LESLIE me attitude through the drive thru, told me that it was a MY problem. Already out of my inconvenience for not having my drink. Cant believe this, worst customer service ever.

me and my boyfriend had just paid and got handed our drinks, when we saw all the workers frantically trying to pour out both sweet tea barrels. so i told him to try his sweet tea to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. he said it tasted salty, and opened the lid there was the insides of a tea bag floating around. so i hate to be that person but i told him to say something. he told the girl at the window and she said okay and told her boss. he looked at us and laughed... so my boyfriend was like "why you laughing huh?" the manager said it was his first day back after quitting for a while so ya know. to be honest becky if you are still the DM fire this guy. honorable mention: hate to be a type of bully but the managers acne was actively bleeding like he was picking at it and touching everything and picking at it more. just gross

So first off, I ordered the spicey chicken sandwich with fries. I received a 2 piece chicken mild with fries, and a biscuit. I did not go back when I noticed it was totally wrong because I was starving when I made the purchase. But I guess that was a mistake. Not only was the food not good, but as you can clearly see in the attached photo the chicken received, still has feathers attached to it! 😆 I mean! #GETITTOGETHERPOPEYES
