The absolute BEST Vietnamese iced coffee I have ever had! She made it fresh right when I ordered it. She made it strong and extra sweet for me. Wow! Sooooo good! The donuts are very fresh and soooo good to. Excellent service and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

$5.00 for 2 donuts, that taste like they’re worth about a $1.00 & no napkins. I think this is my last time at Shipleys, There are places that are better.

When I was driving to this shipleys my plan was to go through the drive-thru. When I arrived at the drive-thru there was no menu on the window. I didn’t know what I wanted so I changed my mind and went inside. I walk inside and the first thing the older woman behind the counter says is “why did you drive through the drive-thru” it was in this awful accusatory tone. Like I had done some horrific crime by going that way. She continued to “grill” me on how I shouldn’t have gone that way, because if her boss was there they would be chewing me out, which I hope isn’t the case. Her attitude was disgusting. For reference, I didn’t hold up any line by driving past the drive thru, as there was NO ONE else in the whole store. And the donuts weren’t even that good. They were dry and too airy, barely any donut in there, just air.
