I had the best experience here. A beautiful girl named Jesica helped me figure out what was going on with my phone. She was so knowledgeable, kind & efficient. I really hope this store/company knows how lucky they are to have her working there. Just when I thought top notch customer service was extinct, Jesica restored my faith.. Beware, they lied to my face about unlocking my phone that I own, because I said I was no longer interested in Xfinity mobile. I got a new Sim card and service at AT&T and Xfinity hadn't released my phone. I patiently waited a week with no phone service missing important calls. I called Xfinity myself on a friend's phone to find the store employees not only didn't try to unlock my phone there wasn't even a note on the account which they blatantly lied to me about. I got my phone unlocked and returned to the store to ask for the employee ID number (not personal information) so I could report her to corporate. Because of this I was banned from this store for "threatening". I have been an Xfinity internet customer for many years and have no problem with the company but the way I was treated at this location was unacceptable. I did report her and the manager to corporate but I doubt it will do anything.

First: the people/personnel at the store are great This store in Longview Washington gets five stars. Since I don’t know how to find a rating for online help via texting and calls, I’m putting this here to be forwarded to The appropriate department and personnel. I had a simple question for my local store. It was what size of iPhone 11 is closest to an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 7. Robo answering with Xfinity didn’t work. To help via texting didn’t work. That means I either got an automatic answer that didn’t answer my question or is transferred, or actually I got a live person ones who didn’t answer my question. The automated breeding of that on my texting on my cell phone didn’t allow for my complaint. Overall the service was to sell me something when again, I had a simple question Xfinity is a communication company. That works for installing and maintaining their equipment. But this year looks like real communication to answer my issues failed

was sold equipment that doesn't work, professionally paid for equipment to be installed and damages were caused by there so called professional, now i have to pay for equipment that doesn't work on a service that doesn't do as advertised, and pay for damages done by there professional... i only wish i could give them no stars. thanks for the awesome loyalty department that just goes silent on you.... cant wait to be done with this service.

That is a FREQUENT event in my house. It means that xfinity internet is ONCE AGAIN down. Which also means your cloud DVR is Comcast/inaccessible, some On Demand functions also unavailable... if it happens to you frequently like it does to me, I suggest you consider a different company. Comcast

Yes, just give them the account number, also if you deposit in the drop box out side it will be scaned on the bar code on the bottom and removed from your account , you wouldn't need to go inside . Drop it off even at night when store is closed and in the morning will be removed from box and scaned in side then removed from your account. Hope this helps. I try to take mine in side, I like to over see them remove it from me account. But it works either way.
