I needed something covered by insurance, and after calling around to a few places, Forte said that they had it in stock and accepted my insurance. After driving 30 minutes up there, they informed me that they in fact did not cover that under insurance and implied I was stupid for not knowing that. All in all, I wasted over an hour dealing with them. Go to a place that respects you and treats you how you deserve to be treated.

On the 28th of July I rated them a one because of Maria the front end Manger I came into the store in pain and needed a support maternity belt and she tuck one look at my insurance and turned me around I ended up staying a night in the hospital that day dur to lack of support (because she didn't even try to take my prescription. ) today august 3rd due to the male supervisor and two young lady's at the front helping get the proper support and not just stopping at one insurance I got a maternity belt and have the proper support for my belly. BUT I WOULD HAVE HAD IT SOONER IF MARIA THE FRONT END MANAGER DID HER JOB On 28TH OF JULY AND I WOULD HAVE NEVER HAD TO STAY ANIGHT AT THE HOSPITAL AS WeLL. They got a 1 due to MARIA THE FRONT END MANGER Hher attitude is the worst ! It's like she miserable at work ! Also she didn't try to help me on the 28th so 1 star on account of her service

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this company. We've been having problems with my mother bed since May. It's practically August and we still haven't gotten it fixed. Supposedly they are waiting on parts, but we haven't heard anything from Fonte in over a month. Today the WHEEL of my mother bed finally just BROKE! I called as soon as they opened, the service manager didn't have any clue about the previous issues/order with the bed, and said nobody could come until Monday. It's Friday, my mother is bed bound, so.. thanks for nothing!

Needed somewhat emergent help yesterday and these people were amazing. Isabella was so helpful and patient with us even though it was the end of the day and we needed a ot of help. She had great suggestions. Very pleased.
