I had a pleasure working with Mike Dickinson on a purchase of Cobalt boat. What a fantastic dealer, a great and honest person who cared more about my needs vs the actual sale of the boat. Dealing with different boat dealerships at times put bad taste in my mouth. Mike’s knowledge and great attitude will make me comeback to this dealership again and again. Our details with Sarah Bay Marina have always been positive. We have purchased two boats from Sarah Bay and both experiences have been very favorable. Our last boat purchase from Sarah Bay included working with Mike Dickinson. Mike was very knowledgeable along with being very helpful and professional. Always returned phone calls with answers to our many questions and delivered on what was promised. Follow up after our purchase was outstanding in helping arranging many different things with moving the boat to the Bahamas. Mike went up and beyond to help us. I can’t begin to say enough great things about our stay at Sara Bay Marina during Thanksgiving week 2021. We live in South Carolina and keep the boat on a lake. This was our first time taking the boat into the Bay and Gulf. We wanted to find a centrally located Marina to keep our boat for a week and explore the area. The property was in very good shape and our slip had everything we needed for our stay. What made the week so enjoyable was the service provided by the dock master, Jason. As newer boaters, we didn’t know what to expect. I contacted Jason about a month prior to our trip to confirm a few items and if he was able to store our trailer for the week. He was able to accommodate that and the rates were great. He was quick to respond to texts and came out to the the boat to chat for a bit. Really helpful and we are so appreciative of his help and responsiveness! Great stay. Thanks to Jason and Sara Bay Marina. We will be back.
