I really feel like this place doesn't care about it's customers , and I'll tell you why. I go to get sized at the Red-wing store , and I did the machine to find my proper size. The sales person tells me they have my size so I go and buy it. I go home and the shoe size is different then what they told me (About a full size and a half lower) It has very minimal wear since I only walked around my house with it. I decide to go to back to the store to get a exchanged for a size that can fit me hoping they would accomidate. Wrong. As soon as you leave the store with (most) pair of boots , you're stuck with them. I felt like the sales person lied to get a commission, and am disappointed with the store and how they treated me. Edit : My name on Google isn't my name in real life to protect my identity. I couldn't care less about points. I write reviews to show how places treat the customers. I came twice to the store to get the problem fixed and was basically told I'm SOL so I wrote a review. Also why claim to check cameras when my name isn't on the database?

I’ve had 3 redwing boots and I got the rio flex and I’m not happy with the quality the stitching is coming out. I understand the leather wearing but the stitching is bad quality. They said they couldn’t do anything. I’ll be trying another brand
