I love that ARC provides low cost spay/neuter services. Very easy to schedule online too. The best part of ARC is the compassionate and professional staff that greet you at the door. They always make me and the shelter animals I transport feel welcome and appreciated!

Took 2 of our Bengal cats to be neutered. Everyone there is so nice and we're doting over my boys. And my cats do not actually mind going there. They stay quiet and calm. I believe that says a lot about them. And their prices are only a fraction of a regular Veterinary clinic. I will be donating to them to help their cause.

Absolutely the best place for rescued dogs and cats. We took our new little Annie in for her work and the staff went above and beyond taking extra steps to take out a cyst and trim her nails. Thank you to all the staff for caring for our new family member!

What a great group of people. They are amazingly kind and truly care about the animals and their parents. They go through a routine and make sure the animals are all vaccinated with rabies beforehand. They also have many other health treatments options available like nail trimming, deworming, microchip, etc... you can have done at the same time they get spayed or neutered. When you pull in there’s always someone to greet you. They’re very organized and methodical about getting each individual animal checked in before their surgery. They also make it convenient for an online payment so that’s all done when you pick your pet up you can get in there and get out. They keep you updated on the status of your pet and always have a smile waiting to greet you. Thank you all so much for great service and care to my three kitties, they are all doing so great and I appreciate all you did for them!

My friend said she went to Bradenton always because Sarasota is too high but I can't remember the name of where she went. I would call the animal coalition and ask if they have an idea of where you can go.

You have to schedule appointment online first. Give deposit and then you will receive email for the day of spay/neuter. I just did my pup here and thr drop off time is 8 for dogs. 830 foot cats.
ARC is open for surgeries during the week only. Every other Saturday we are open for vaccine clinics that run from 8 to 2. You would need to call and make an appointment.
There are a number of dog boarding places in sarasota you really need to check them out first by visiting so many different options.... There are also a number of companies that do pet sitting... they come to your home and that may be less stressful depending on your dogs personality. There's a FB PG called sarasota word of mouth you can post on there asking for recommendations local people with a lot of good suggestions!
They have low income spay/neuter you can get it free or discounted at a very reasonable price. Email them or call and explain your situation. if you cant afford it they will work with you to make sure you get the help you need. Wonderful people!
