Horrible overcharged never coming here again. I came for a fill with 2 nails already off and the guy told me all of them are bad so he took them off without even checking them. Some of them even hurt because they weren’t coming up at all he charged me 15 dollars more then usual for just a coffin shape even tho I always get coffin shaped.

I usually go to this place a lot but I tried a new lash and eyebrow tech , not only did she mess up my lashes they came off the next day and then when I asked her to fix it she wanted me to pay full price absolutely not . I literally left there the next day and my lashes and eyebrows does not look like they got done. As soon I got home my lashes coming off again I wouldn’t say I don’t want to say I don’t recommend this place but I would not recommend that technician she was very rude I don’t recall her name well I believe is Brittany . The first time she did my lashes and Eyebrows it was wonderful but I don’t know what’s going on with her for the last past two days she’s been giving me nothing but horrible service and I don’t appreciate that. First of all she insulted me as if I wanted a discount I don’t wanna discount I want my service to be done correctly that was very racist of her and very condescending. I have to be to church in the morning so can’t make it there I get out of church I will be speaking to the manager because that was unacceptable!!!! I never received this behavior in my life.

Do not value their customers. I’ve been going to Ray for 5 years and you would think he would accommodate a loyal customer. Did not try to fix the nails or lower the price when he know the nails did not look great. Save your money and find a nail tech who will do their best to give you a great service overall.
