Easy check-in process, short wait even when the waiting room was busy, flow of patients was consistent. Phlebotomist was very friendly and professional, she used a butterfly needle which I appreciate as it is less painful and does not leave me with a bruise.

Excellent experience. I was 9th in the door at 6:02 am. 90 seconds to check in, a 4-minute wait, Angel called me in, processed the paperwork, drew one vial of blood (a painless stick, I might add) then wished me a great day and I was out the door. Home by 6:37 am. It just doesn't get better than that.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I am very hard to get blood from as I have small, rolling, deep veins. The phlebotomist was very reassuring and I was able to relax and have a few laughs. I had previously been to other labs where they would stick me multiple times with no avail, but this woman managed to get 9 vials of blood with 2 sticks and it was never more than mild discomfort (as expected). If you need extensive blood work done, please come here.

This location is always very clean, incredibly organized and everyone is warm and welcoming and patient. The lab technician was so gentle I felt nothing on blood draw! I must have told every person I encouraged during my visit the same message of how impressed I was by their facility and team.
