I always liked the way they always greet me by my first name as soon as I walk in. Before I even gave them my account info to. So that means that they already knew my name and info. I don't even have to give them my info anymore. Cause they usually already have me pull up on their computer before I even get up to the counter. Its so awesome, cuts down on time to. It allows me to get out sooner. and let's me get to what I need to do faster. Your awesome OSU Federal. 5 stars :D

Thanks for asking. All of our standalone branches have a coin counting machine in them. Our Woodburn branch, which is located inside of a grocery store, does not. The machines are free to our members; non-members are charged 10 percent of the total of the coins counted.
