I’m enjoying the club though I agree with others, the executive locker rooms (which I’m paying up for) and the standard ones are beyond tired. They need new carpets, furniture and decor. Honestly, the walls and corners throughout the whole club could use patch and painting as well. We moved from SF and are grateful for this amenity…but yes, I agree w/other reviewers… this club is dated and a bit dingy. I hope management can get funding to fix the place up.

Mark and Jamie are exceptional at keeping this club going. They know everybody's name and they make everyone feel so welcome. They act quickly to answer all your questions and resolve any issues. The club is very clean and the equipment is great. Another plus is if you are vaccinated you do not have to wear a mask.

Love my gym! The entire staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment and space is clean and I really enjoy the various group classes, as well as Zone for my HIIT workouts. It is definitely a fun environment, while achieving my fitness goals!

I’ve been a member since the club opened, as Club One, and soon after, Active Sports. I have encouraged many friends to join the club and published 5 star reviews. The club is an important part of my daily life. Since Synergy has taken over the ownership, there has been a steady decline. Mold is growing in the swimming pool and along the tiles around the pool. Tiles are missing from the outdoor showers, as well as in the women’s steam room. The steam room desperately needs to be retiled or at least the tiles need new grout. The fastidious attention to cleanliness is no longer as apparent. I really do not think the staff has the power to take care of these issues, I think it comes from higher management outside of the club. Through this decline, the staff has always been superb, they just can't fix the problems.
